- Use this item when returning a light to us for warranty service, within the warranty period. Add the item to your cart and check out, including your delivery address. You will get an order confirmation in your email with an order number.
- Package up your light, along with proof of purchase and write the order number on the outside of the package.
- Ship it to the address on our contact page.
- We will repair or replace and ship back to the address from this order, not what is written on the packet.
- Do not use this order as a first method for contacting us with queries. Do use this order to facilitate sending your parcel to us.
