High Intensity Discharge lamps (HID) are amazingly bright. HIDs push out 2-3 times more light than halogen lamps, with a visual area that is longer, wider and bathed in intense white light - perfect for all high speed riding.
While HID is brighter than any other lighting source available (watt for watt), we found that off-the-shelf electronics used in many other HID lighting systems proved too bulky, inefficient and unreliable, so we
engineered our own electronics
from scratch for a more efficient
and dependable design.
We've also dramatically
reduced the size and weight
of the head unit by splitting
the ballast and trigger
assembly (patent pending),
yet the head unit remains
incredibly tough with large
internal ribs to fast track heat
dissipation and increase structural strength. Our custom designed software manages the electronics to control every aspect of light operation for an efficient and incredibly powerful lighting source.
